Agree the page plan
You receive a list of sections with page counts. Division heads see what they must supply, and the plan is approved before design begins.

See the cover and spreads
The 48-hour first draft, counted from a complete brief, is the cover and sample spreads only. It lets the owners judge the look early.

Layout and proof rounds
The whole report is typeset and sent as numbered PDF proofs. Finance and communications return one combined set of comments per round.

Sign-off and handover
Once the final proof is approved in writing, we hand over print-ready and interactive PDFs, plus editable source files where your package includes them.

Where is your Sharjah office, and can we brief you there?
Our Sharjah office is in SHAMS Free Zone. You are welcome to brief us there, which helps when several family members or department heads want to be in the room. After that, proofs and comments normally move by email, WhatsApp and video call.
Do you set Arabic reports as well as English ones?
Yes. Many Sharjah groups issue the Arabic edition first. We typeset Arabic right to left with mirrored tables and charts, and keep it matched to the English page for page. If you only have the text in one language, Arabic translation can be arranged before layout.
Our group has never produced an annual report. Where do we begin?
Begin with the reader. Tell us who will receive the report and what they need to see. We then propose a simple page plan your managers can write to. Your auditor or regulator can confirm whether any content is required in your case, so please check with them.
Will you print the report for us?
No. We supply print-ready files with the correct bleed, colour settings and page order, and you choose the printer. We are happy to answer the printer's technical questions about the files, but the print order and any copies are arranged by you directly.
What happens if the auditors change a figure late?
Send us the revised statement and we will update the tables, then check every chart, highlight and summary that repeats the figure. Late changes after sign-off are handled as an extra proofing round, which we agree with you before starting.
