Product Catalogue Design in Sharjah for Makers and Traders

A catalogue is the hardest working sales document a factory or trading house owns. Our product catalogue design in Sharjah turns long product lists into pages buyers can scan quickly and order from with confidence.

Quick answer

How does product catalogue design in Sharjah work if we stock hundreds of items?

You send one Excel sheet with codes, names, sizes and prices, plus your photos. Our team groups the items into categories, designs a repeatable grid and table style, and flows the data in. You receive print-ready files and a light PDF for WhatsApp, with a first draft within 48 hours of a complete brief.

Large product ranges

When the range has outgrown the old catalogue

Plenty of family-run firms in Sharjah's industrial areas still hand out a catalogue made years ago, with newer items added on loose sheets. We rebuild it with one structure, one photo style and one table format, so a salesman can find any item in seconds.

Manufacturers in SAIF Zone and Hamriyah Free Zone often sell abroad too, so pages must work for buyers who have never visited the factory.

Scope of work

What our product catalogue design in Sharjah includes

A typical project covers the points below, scaled to the size of your range.

Cover, introduction and how-to-order page

Category dividers and running page tabs

Product grids for items that sell on appearance

Specification tables for items that sell on size and grade

Background removal and colour correction of photos

Alphabetical and code index

Price list as a separate insert or file

How we work

From brief to final files

01

Collect the data

You export the product list to Excel and gather the photos. We review both, flag gaps such as missing sizes or blurred images, and quote in AED.

02

Agree the skeleton

Categories, page count and table columns are fixed before any design starts, which prevents expensive reshuffling later on, when the pages are full.

03

Design the master pages

We create the cover, a divider and two or three product spreads. This first draft reaches you within 48 hours of a complete brief.

04

Populate and retouch

The approved style is applied to the full range. Photos are cut out, colour matched and aligned so each page carries the same visual weight.

05

Proof and hand over

After your corrections we export print-ready files, the WhatsApp PDF and any flipbook link, with editable source files where the package includes them.

Ways to share

One catalogue, several ways to send it

Sales teams rarely rely on a single format.

Print-ready edition

High-resolution files with bleed and crop marks, prepared to the specification of whichever printer you appoint. Printing itself is arranged by you, and we stay available for file queries.

WhatsApp PDF

A compressed version small enough to forward from a phone without losing legibility. Text stays sharp and tables remain readable on a small screen, including older phones.

Flipbook

An online page-turning version with a single link, useful for emailing overseas distributors who prefer to browse first and download the PDF later if they wish.

Category extracts

Short PDFs covering one category each, taken from the main file. Handy when a customer only buys fasteners or only packaging and has no need for the full book.

Frequently asked questions

Where is your Sharjah team based, and can we visit?

Our Sharjah office is in SHAMS Free Zone, and the main studio is in Dubai. You are welcome to arrange a meeting, although most catalogue projects run comfortably by WhatsApp, email and video call once we have your product sheet and photos.

Do you design catalogues in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. We lay out English, Arabic and combined editions. For a bilingual catalogue we usually keep codes and sizes in one shared table and place the two languages side by side. Translation into Arabic can be arranged if you need it.

Our product photos were taken on a phone. Is that a problem?

Not always. We can remove backgrounds, correct colour and sharpen most reasonable phone photos so they sit neatly in a grid. Where an image is too small or badly lit to rescue, we tell you early so you can reshoot only those items.

Can different customers receive different prices?

Yes. We normally keep prices out of the main catalogue and place them in a separate list linked by product code. You can then issue one list for distributors and another for retail buyers without altering the main catalogue itself in any way.

How long does a catalogue with several hundred products take?

It depends on the product count, the state of the photos and how quickly proofs are checked. The first draft arrives within 48 hours of a complete brief, and we give a realistic schedule for the full layout with the quote.
