Can we come to your Sharjah office to discuss the logo?

Yes. Our Sharjah office is in SHAMS Free Zone and meetings there can be arranged. If the owners are in different places, a video call works just as well, with WhatsApp and email for comments. The team is available from 8am to 8pm, UAE time.

Our logo has an Arabic name and an English name. Can you treat both properly?

Yes. If one script was added later, it often looks borrowed. We design the Arabic and English together so their weight, height and spacing agree, then supply each alone and combined. Arabic translation can be arranged if the name or tagline has no settled Arabic form.

We only have the logo on an old business card. Can you rebuild it?

In most cases, yes. We redraw the mark as clean vector artwork, matching the lettering as closely as the source allows and correcting obvious faults. You then have a logo that can be enlarged to any size, which a scan can never do.

Several family members need to approve. How do you manage feedback?

We ask for one named contact who gathers everyone's views and sends a single set of comments. It avoids contradictory instructions and keeps the revision rounds in your quote for real improvements. We can present concepts on a call with all the decision makers.

Is trademark registration part of your service?

No, we design the logo and leave registration to the specialists. Check with the Ministry of Economy or a trademark agent about registering it, and raise it early if you are changing the name or the mark substantially, so nothing has to be redrawn.
