Visit the SHAMS office by appointment or brief us by video call, WhatsApp or email. We note the offer, the reader and the size.

Agree the scope
We read the brief and send a quote in AED. It states the number of sizes and languages, and which files you will receive.

See the draft
Within 48 hours of a complete brief you get a first draft, normally in the language your customers read first.

Refine
You comment, we adjust. Once one language is settled we build the second, so both versions carry the same offer and the same details.

Receive files
After sign-off we send the print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, the e-flyer sizes, and source files where your package includes them.

Size depends on where the flyer will sit and how long someone will hold it.
A5
The usual choice for counters, shop bags and handouts. Large enough for a clear image and a bold Arabic headline, small enough to keep in a pocket.
A4
Suited to price lists, course timetables and product ranges where the reader needs a little more detail. It still holds one main offer on the front.
A6
A postcard-sized reminder for reception desks, bookshop counters and delivery boxes. There is room for a headline, a date and a QR code, and little else.
DL
The tall, narrow format that fits a standard envelope or a display rack. Useful for clinics, institutes and service firms that post or stack their leaflets.
After approval
Printing and handing out are in your hands
We design and prepare the files. Printing is done by a printer you choose, and we do not supply printed copies. Distribution is arranged by the client, and since giving out leaflets in public places can need a permit, please check the current requirement with the authority concerned.

Where is your Sharjah office, and do we have to visit?
Our Sharjah office is in SHAMS Free Zone. You are welcome to meet us there by appointment, but a visit is not required. Most flyer projects run comfortably by video call, WhatsApp and email, with proofs sent to you as PDF.
Can the Arabic version be designed first?
Yes. For many Sharjah businesses Arabic is the main version, so we design it first and set the English to match. Arabic is laid out right to left with suitable typefaces. If you need the text translated either way, translation can be arranged.
We already have an old flyer. Can you rework it?
Yes. Send the old flyer and tell us what did not work. Often the fix is to cut the text, choose one offer and give the headline more room. If the original artwork files are missing, we rebuild the layout.
Do we receive editable files?
Editable source files are supplied where they are part of the package you agree to in the quote. If your own team will change dates or prices for later campaigns, mention it in the brief so the right package is quoted.
Can the same design be used on WhatsApp?
Yes. A printed A5 does not read well on a phone screen as it is, so we resize and re-space the design for WhatsApp, email and social media. A tappable link can sit beside the QR code where the platform allows.
