Briefing
In person at one of three offices or by video call. We establish report type, page count, languages, approvers and whether an NDA is needed.

Page plan
A flat plan shows every page in order with its owner. It becomes the reference document for your contributors and for our designers.

Cover and sample spreads
The 48-hour first draft, from a complete brief, is the cover and sample spreads only. Feedback at this point shapes the whole report.

Production
Narrative pages, charts, infographics and financial statements are typeset in both languages, then taken through all the agreed proofing rounds.

Final delivery
You receive print-ready PDFs, interactive PDFs and, where part of the package, editable source files. All files are delivered online.

We are designers and typesetters. We do not audit, advise on disclosure or tell you what must be published or when. Confirm the current position with your regulator or auditor and brief us accordingly. We also do not print. You choose the printer.

Which of your offices will handle our report?
We have offices in Dubai at Rolex Tower, in Sharjah at SHAMS Free Zone and in Abu Dhabi at Masdar City Free Zone. You can brief whichever is nearest. Clients in Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are served online by video call, WhatsApp and email.
Do you produce Arabic and English editions together?
Yes, and we recommend planning them together from the start. Arabic is typeset right to left with mirrored charts and tables, and page numbering is kept aligned with the English edition. If translation is needed, it can be arranged before the layout stage begins.
Can you follow last year's design?
We can continue an existing design if you hold the source files and the rights to use them, or rebuild the layout from the published PDF. Many clients keep the structure and refresh the cover and theme, which gives continuity without the report looking repeated.
How is the cost worked out?
We quote in AED after reading the brief. The figure reflects page count, the number of language editions, how many charts and infographics are needed, the volume of financial tables and the number of proofing rounds. We do not publish a rate card, because reports vary too widely.
What makes the interactive PDF different?
It is built for reading on screen. The contents page is linked, sections can be reached from tabs, and notes can be linked from the primary statements. The file is lighter for email and websites. It is produced from the same approved pages as the print file.
