Quick answer
Can a Dubai studio deliver annual report design in Saudi Arabia in Arabic first?
Yes. We design the report right to left from the start, choose Arabic type that carries long financial tables well, and build the English edition alongside it. We have no office in the Kingdom, so briefing is by video call, WhatsApp and email. You provide the approved text and audited figures.
Arabic first
Annual report design in Saudi Arabia starts with the Arabic page
In an Arabic-first market the report is judged on its Arabic edition. That affects everything: the binding side, the direction of charts and timelines, the way numerals are set in tables, the length of headings. We plan the grid for Arabic and adapt it for English, which gives a stronger result than the reverse.
Large reports
Handling scale, subsidiaries and many contributors
Saudi reports are often large. A contractor in a giga-project supply chain or a group with several subsidiaries may gather text from a dozen departments, and with Vision 2030 activity shaping much of the narrative, strategy sections tend to be long and rich in data.
A section owner named for every chapter
A shared page plan showing status by section
Style sheets for Arabic and English agreed early
A chart log reconciled with finance
Consolidated comments in each proofing round
Version control on every file
How we work
From brief to final files
01
Kick-off call
A video call with your investor relations, finance and communications leads to confirm editions, page count, contributors and the approval route.
02
Arabic grid and plan
We set the Arabic grid and type system, then produce a page plan for both editions so chapters and page numbers correspond.
03
Cover and sample spreads
Within 48 hours of a complete brief you receive the cover and sample spreads only, shown in Arabic with the matching English pages.
04
Chapter-by-chapter layout
Large reports are typeset and proofed in chapters as content is approved, which keeps finance, legal and communications reviewing in parallel.
05
Final checks and files
Both editions are cross-checked for references and numbering, then released as print-ready and interactive PDFs once you sign off in writing.
Typesetting detail
Four Arabic typesetting points we get right
These details separate a typeset Arabic report from a converted one.
Numerals and alignment
We agree with your finance team which numeral style the tables use, then align every column consistently so totals and brackets sit where the eye expects them.
Mirrored graphics
Charts, timelines, process diagrams and maps are redrawn for right-to-left reading. A bar chart that simply has its labels swapped still reads the wrong way.
Mixed-language lines
Company names, standards and abbreviations in Latin script appear inside Arabic paragraphs. We check each line so punctuation and brackets do not jump out of place.
Matching editions
Page references, note numbers and contents entries are checked across both editions, so a reader comparing Arabic and English finds the same thing in the same place.
Remote delivery
Working from Dubai with teams in the Kingdom
We do not have an office in Saudi Arabia. If your report must meet a disclosure format or filing date, confirm the current requirement with your regulator or auditor, and we will design to the brief you give us.
See our company profile design agency in Saudi Arabia page, and the annual report design in Dubai page.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a team on the ground in Riyadh or Jeddah?
No. We have no office in Saudi Arabia. The work is done by our Dubai team and delivered online, with briefing by video call, WhatsApp and email. Our working hours are 8am to 8pm UAE time, with one named project manager.
Who provides the Arabic and English text?
Usually you do, in both languages, already approved. If only one language is ready, Arabic translation can be arranged before typesetting. Either way your team approves the final wording, and we make sure the two editions match in structure, numbering and every figure.
Can you work inside our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. We follow your guidelines for logo use, colour and type, and extend them carefully where they are silent. Any such extension is shown in the sample spreads first, so your brand team can approve it before the full layout.
Our report is very long. Does the 48-hour draft still apply?
It applies to the cover and sample spreads, which is all the first draft contains for any annual report. The schedule for the full document is set with you after the page plan is agreed, and depends on length, editions and when content is released.
How are confidential results protected before publication?
An NDA can be signed before files are exchanged. Drafts are shared only with the contacts you nominate, through the transfer method your company prefers. We do not discuss or display a client's report until it has been published and you have agreed.
