Will anyone from your team come to Doha?

We have no office in Qatar and the project is run remotely by the Dubai team. Briefing is by video call, with WhatsApp and email for day-to-day contact. This works well for report production, because proofs are reviewed as PDFs by people in several departments anyway.

Do you design both Arabic and English versions?

Yes. The two editions share one plan and one visual theme. Arabic pages are typeset right to left and graphics are mirrored. Supply approved text in both languages, or ask us to arrange Arabic translation, and your team signs off each edition separately.

Can you design the report if our photography is limited?

Yes. Where images are few or uneven, we lean on typography, colour, infographics and illustration, and use the stronger photographs at large size. We will tell you early which pages need new images, so you can commission a photographer if you wish.

What can the interactive PDF do?

It can carry a linked contents page, navigation tabs on every page, links from statements to their notes and links to your website. It opens in standard PDF readers on a computer or tablet. Tell us at briefing if you want it, so the layout allows for it.

Who arranges the printing?

You do. We are a design and typesetting studio and do not print. We supply a print-ready PDF and will answer technical questions from the printer you appoint in Qatar, such as bleed, spine width and colour settings, so that the files run without trouble.
