The term includes its affiliates, successors, subsidiaries and permitted assigns. These terms and conditions govern access to our services. By using or accessing any of our services, you confirm that you agree to these terms.
A few services have different terms of use. In that case you will be informed beforehand and asked to confirm your acceptance of those terms, which may apply in place of, or together with, these terms as appropriate.
We can amend these terms at any time at our discretion.
