Looking for a brochure design agency in Saudi Arabia?

Company Profile Design Agency works as a brochure design agency in Saudi Arabia for firms that are comfortable working online. Our Dubai team plans, writes and designs Arabic and English brochures, then delivers finished files to businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar and across the Kingdom, with briefing by video call, WhatsApp and email.

To be clear about where we are: our offices are in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, and we do not have an office in Saudi Arabia. Every project is handled remotely from the UAE. In practice that changes very little. You brief us on a call, see pages on screen, send comments on the PDF, and receive artwork that a printer near you can run.

If you are comparing options, you can also read how we work with local clients on our brochure design company in Dubai page. The designers, the process and the quality checks are the same for brochure design in Saudi Arabia.

What we design

Brochure design for Saudi Arabia, in the formats you actually use

Tell us where the brochure will be handed over, a meeting room, an exhibition stand or an inbox, and we will suggest the format that suits it.

Corporate brochures

A multi-page introduction to your company: who you are, what you do, sectors served, project highlights, certifications you supply and contact details. Usually A4 portrait or landscape.

Product and service brochures

Clear product photographs, specification tables, model codes and ordering details, laid out so a buyer can compare items quickly. We keep tables readable in both languages.

Bi-fold and tri-fold leaflets

Short, folded pieces for reception desks, showrooms and mail-outs. For Arabic leaflets we plan the panel order so the cover and opening sequence read correctly from the right.

Exhibition handouts

Compact pieces that visitors can read in a minute and keep. One strong message, a short list of offers and a QR code to your full catalogue or website.

Tender support documents

Capability statements and prequalification summaries designed to sit alongside your bid. You tell us the format and page order the tender asks for, and we follow it.

Digital brochures

An interactive PDF with a clickable contents page, links and tap-to-call buttons, sized so it sends easily by email or WhatsApp and reads well on a phone.

Not sure which format fits? Send us the brief and we will advise.

Working with us remotely

How remote brochure design works, step by step

Saudi Arabia is one hour behind the UAE, so our support hours of 8am to 8pm UAE time are 7am to 7pm Saudi time. Many Saudi firms work Sunday to Thursday, and we fit our replies and review calls to that week.

Whether you want a brochure design company in Riyadh or brochure designers in Jeddah, the steps below are the same wherever your office is.

Two designers reviewing a layout on screen

01

Brief by call or message

A short video call, or a WhatsApp or email exchange if you prefer. We ask who will read the brochure, where it will be used, which language leads and how many pages you expect.

02

You send the material

Logo files, brand colours, existing text in Arabic or English, product data, photographs and any earlier brochure. Shared folders or email attachments both work.

03

Quote and page plan

You receive a written quote in AED and a page-by-page outline, so the scope is agreed before design begins. Other currencies can be discussed.

04

First draft within 48 hours

We send the cover and key inside pages as a PDF so you can judge the direction early, before the full document is built.

05

Comments and revisions

Mark up the PDF, send a voice note or talk us through changes on screen. We continue with revisions until you approve the design.

06

Final files delivered online

Print-ready CMYK artwork with bleed and crop marks, an interactive PDF for sharing, and the source files if you need them, sent by download link.

Arabic brochure design

Arabic and English in one brochure

A bilingual brochure is more than a translated copy pasted into an English layout. When Arabic is the primary language, the whole document runs right to left: the cover sits where an English back cover would be, the page order is mirrored, and columns, captions, bullets and arrows all change direction.

We set Arabic in typefaces drawn for Arabic and pair them with a Latin face of similar weight, so neither language looks like an afterthought. Line spacing is adjusted because Arabic needs more room than English at the same size.

You choose how the languages sit together: side by side on each spread, Arabic and English sections that start from opposite covers, or two separate editions. Numerals and dates follow your preference, Arabic-Indic or Western digits, Hijri, Gregorian or both. You supply or approve the Arabic text, and we recommend a final read by an Arabic speaker on your team before printing.

Brochure design KSA: sectors we design for

Each sector needs different pages. A contractor needs project sheets and equipment lists, a clinic needs services and doctor profiles, a manufacturer needs specification tables. We plan the content around what your buyer looks for first.

Contracting and construction
Manufacturing and industrial suppliers
Healthcare
Education and training
Hospitality and tourism
Retail and franchise

Why Saudi businesses work with our Dubai team

Arabic set with care

Right-to-left layout, mirrored page order and proper Arabic typefaces are part of the job from the first draft, not a fix at the end.

Honest about location

We are a UAE agency serving the Kingdom online. No local office is implied, and you always know who is designing your brochure and where.

Files any printer can use

We supply standard print-ready PDFs. You arrange printing with a printer of your choice in the Kingdom, and we answer their technical questions.

Experienced and responsive

Working since 2012, with 1300+ projects delivered for clients in 22 nations by a team of 85 professionals. The same team also handles company profile design in Dubai.

Brochure design Saudi Arabia

Questions from Saudi clients

Do you have an office in Saudi Arabia?

No. Our offices are in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Brochure projects for Saudi clients are designed by our Dubai team and delivered online. Briefing, reviews and approvals happen by video call, WhatsApp and email, so you do not need to travel or meet us in person.

Can you design a brochure with Arabic as the main language?

Yes. We build Arabic-first brochures with right-to-left layout, mirrored page order and Arabic typefaces, with English alongside if you need it. You provide or approve the Arabic text, and numerals and dates are set the way you prefer.

How do I print the brochure in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam?

We supply print-ready CMYK files with bleed and crop marks, which any commercial printer in the Kingdom can use. You arrange printing locally with the printer you choose. If the printer asks for a different file setup, we adjust the artwork to match.

How are prices quoted and paid?

Each project is quoted in AED after we receive your brief, because the cost depends on page count, languages and how much content needs writing or redrawing. If you would rather be invoiced in another currency, tell us and we can discuss it before work begins.

How long does a brochure take?

You see a first draft within 48 hours of sending the brief and content. The total time then depends on the number of pages and how quickly comments come back. We work with revisions until you approve the design, and we plan review points around the Sunday to Thursday week.

What do you need from us to begin?

Your logo in vector format if available, brand colours or guidelines, the text in Arabic, English or both, product or project photographs, and an idea of size and page count. If the content is not ready, we can help structure and write it from your notes.
