Within 48 hours of a complete brief you receive the cover and sample spreads only. The full report follows once the direction is approved.

Layout and proofing
We typeset the full report and run agreed proofing rounds, with finance checking figures and communications checking narrative on numbered PDF proofs.

Final files
After written sign-off we release the print-ready PDF for your chosen printer and an interactive PDF for screens, in each language edition.

Most reports from the capital are issued in both languages. We set the Arabic edition right to left with its own type choices, mirrored charts and tables, and keep page references aligned with the English.

Can we brief you in person in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Our Abu Dhabi office is in Masdar City Free Zone and meetings can be arranged there. Many clients hold the first briefing in person and then move to video calls, WhatsApp and email for proofs, which suits reports with several approvers in different buildings.
Do you produce the report in Arabic and English?
We do. Both editions are planned together and typeset to match, with the Arabic set right to left and charts mirrored. You can supply the approved text in both languages, or Arabic translation can be arranged before layout. Your team approves both.
What exactly arrives in the 48-hour first draft?
For an annual report the first draft is the cover and a set of sample spreads, sent within 48 hours of a complete brief. It shows the theme, type and chart style. The full document is laid out once that direction is approved.
Do you write the report or verify the numbers?
No. We design and typeset. The narrative is written and approved by your team, and the financial figures come from your audited statements. We raise queries when something looks inconsistent on the page, but the decision and the correction always sit with your finance team and auditor.
How do you treat unpublished results?
An NDA can be signed before any figures are sent. Proofs go only to the contacts you name, and files are exchanged through the channel your organisation prefers. Nothing is shown in our portfolio unless you have published the report and given permission.
