Quick answer

What does product catalogue design in the UAE usually involve?

It involves organising your range into categories, designing product grids and specification tables, retouching photos, and building a contents page and index. Because the market is bilingual, many catalogues carry English and Arabic. Final delivery is a set of print-ready files plus digital versions such as an interactive PDF or flipbook.

One country, many buyers

A catalogue that works from Abu Dhabi to Fujairah

A distributor may sell the same range to a contractor in the capital, a retailer in Sharjah and a hotel on the east coast. Each reads the catalogue differently. We plan pages so a technical buyer finds data quickly, while a retail buyer still sees an attractive product.

Mainland firms and free zone exporters also differ in how they share documents, which is why we produce print and screen versions from one master file.

Our capabilities

Core parts of product catalogue design in the UAE

These are the services we combine on most national projects.

Layout system

A master grid, type styles and colour coding designed once and applied across every category, so a catalogue of any length looks like the work of one hand.

Data handling

Product names, SKUs, dimensions and prices are imported from your Excel sheet. This reduces retyping errors and makes the yearly update far quicker than starting again.

Image preparation

Photo retouching, background removal and consistent shadows, so products shot at different times and by different people sit together comfortably on the same page or spread.

Digital editions

Interactive PDFs with links and bookmarks, online flipbooks, and compressed versions for WhatsApp, all exported from the print layout so the content never drifts apart.

How we work

From brief to final files

01

Enquiry

Contact us with a short description of your range and what the catalogue must achieve. We send back a checklist of the material we need.

02

Brief and quote

Once the product sheet, photos and brand files arrive, we study them, define the scope together and issue a quote in AED.

03

Concept draft

You receive a first draft within 48 hours of a complete brief, showing how the cover, dividers and product pages will look.

04

Layout and review

The full catalogue is built and shared in stages. Your team reviews each section for accuracy, and we apply corrections as they come in.

05

Delivery

Print-ready files go to the printer you choose. Digital editions and, where included in the package, editable source files are sent to you directly.

Frequently asked questions

Which emirates do you cover, and where are your offices?

We work with companies in all seven emirates. Our offices are in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. For Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, projects are delivered online, with briefing by video call, WhatsApp and email. The process is the same wherever you are.

How do you lay out Arabic and English in one catalogue?

There are three usual approaches. Both languages can share each page, the document can open from both ends, or we produce two separate editions. We recommend one after seeing your content. Arabic is set right to left, and translation can be arranged.

What is the difference between a flipbook and an interactive PDF?

A flipbook is viewed online through a link and turns like a printed book. An interactive PDF is a file the customer keeps, with clickable contents, bookmarks and links. Many clients take both, since each suits a different kind of buyer.

Will you sign an NDA for products not yet launched?

Yes. NDAs can be signed before you share any material. This is common when a catalogue includes a new range, confidential price lists or supplier details, and we are comfortable working under your agreement or providing a simple one of our own.

Can the same catalogue be refreshed each year?

Yes, and it is designed with that in mind. Keep one Excel product sheet as the source of truth. When the range changes, send the new sheet and photos, and we update the pages, index and digital editions in the established style.
