The same design is resized for WhatsApp, email and social media, with a QR code and a map location that still work when the flyer is viewed on a phone.

Brief
You send the offer, the audience, the size and your brand files. We ask about anything missing by call, WhatsApp or email.

Quote
After reading the brief we send a written quote in AED that lists the sizes, languages and file formats included, so nothing is assumed.

First draft
A first draft reaches you within 48 hours of a complete brief. It shows the headline, the image and the call to action in position.

Changes
You mark up the draft and we revise wording, image and layout. The Arabic version is checked again after every change to the English.

Handover
You approve the final proof and we release the print-ready PDF, the e-flyer sizes and any editable source files included in your package.

Can we meet your designers in Abu Dhabi?
Yes. Our Abu Dhabi office is in Masdar City Free Zone and meetings are by appointment. Many clients still prefer a video call followed by WhatsApp and email, because a flyer brief is short and proofs are easy to review on screen.
Do you design the flyer in both Arabic and English?
Yes. We design English and Arabic versions, either as two separate flyers or as a front and back. If you only have English text, Arabic translation can be arranged, and you approve the wording before it goes into the layout.
How soon will we see a first draft?
Within 48 hours of a complete brief. Complete means the offer, the text, the logo and the images, or agreement that we will suggest images. If the event date is close, tell us at the start so we can plan around it.
Will you print the flyers and deliver them to us?
No. We are a design studio and do not print or distribute. You receive a print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, and you choose the printer. If the printer sends a specification sheet, we set the file up to match it.
Can a flyer support a tender or vendor registration visit?
It can work as a one-page leave-behind that sums up a single service, with a QR code to your full profile. The registration documents themselves usually need more detail, which is what a company profile is for. Both can be designed to match.
