Quick answer

Can a company in Muscat order pitch deck design in Oman from your Dubai studio?

Yes. We have no office in Oman, and the Dubai team handles Omani projects remotely. You brief us by video call, WhatsApp and email. We organise the story, give each slide one idea, redraw charts and tables and supply an editable deck with a PDF. English and Arabic versions are both available.

Three cities

Different places, different presentations

Muscat briefs are often from head offices and small firms: a company overview for a bank, a sales deck for a new client, a board update. Sohar tends to send industrial and port-related work, heavy on capacity and process. From Salalah we see logistics and tourism decks, where maps and photographs matter most.

We do not use one template for all three. The structure follows the reader.

Pitch deck design in Oman, run from Dubai

Since we have no office in the Sultanate, everything is done by video call, WhatsApp and email and delivered as a download. Tell us the meeting date first, and we plan the outline, draft and review rounds to fit.

If you need a document to send ahead of the meeting, our company profile design agency in Oman page explains that service. The pitch deck design in Dubai page shows how deck projects run.

How we work

From brief to final files

01

Share the date

Tell us when the meeting is and who will attend. We hold a short video call to understand the purpose.

02

Send the content

A Word file, old slides, spreadsheets and photographs are all usable. We reply with the proposed slide list and a quote in AED.

03

Agree the order

We write the outline, one idea per slide, and you confirm it. Rearranging is simple at this point and slow later.

04

Review the draft

The first designed draft is sent within 48 hours of a complete brief. You return comments and we revise the slides.

05

Collect the files

A download link gives you the editable deck, the PDF, the master slides and the Arabic version if one was ordered.

Common fixes

What we most often correct in an existing deck

These are the repairs we make again and again.

Headings that label a slide instead of making a point

Two or three ideas crowded onto one page

Charts with missing units or dates

Low-resolution logos and photographs

Inconsistent Arabic and English versions

No clear request on the closing slide

Typical decks

Four presentations Omani clients ask for

Each one starts from the same question: what should the audience do after seeing it?

Port and logistics deck

For operators and forwarders presenting routes, facilities and handling capacity. A map, a process flow and a few well-chosen figures explain more than pages of description.

Tourism project deck

For hotels, resorts and tour companies approaching partners or investors. Full-width photography, a location slide and a concise commercial section drawn from your own figures.

Industrial sales deck

For manufacturers presenting to buyers and distributors. Product range, plant, quality control and delivery terms, with specification tables rebuilt for clarity on screen and in the PDF.

SME pitch

For small and medium firms meeting a bank, a customer or an investor. A short deck that explains the business, shows evidence and ends with a specific request.

Frequently asked questions

How do you work with clients in Oman?

By video call, WhatsApp and email. We do not have an office in Oman. Your project is designed by the Dubai team and delivered online, whether you are in Muscat, Sohar, Salalah or elsewhere. Our working hours are 8am to 8pm, UAE time.

Can you supply both Arabic and English decks?

Yes. Omani companies often need Arabic for local and government audiences and English for international partners. Both are designed on the same master slides, with the Arabic version running right to left. Arabic translation can be arranged if you have only English text.

We only have a Word document. Can you start from that?

Yes. A written report or proposal is a good source. We pull out the main points, propose a slide for each and send you the outline to approve. Long passages become short headings, diagrams or tables, and the full text can remain in an appendix.

How many slides should our deck have?

There is no fixed number. It depends on how long you have, whether you will present or send the deck, and how much evidence the audience expects. We recommend a count in the outline, and the quote in AED is based on that.

Does a better deck improve our chances of investment?

Clear slides help people understand you quickly, and we claim nothing beyond that. We do not offer investment, legal or fundraising advice and we never promise funding. The business, the terms and the investor's own judgement decide the outcome in the end.
