Correct, there is no Ajman office. Your project is handled by our Sharjah and Dubai teams. Briefing is done by video call, WhatsApp and email, and a meeting can be held by arrangement if you would like to meet the designer. Files are delivered online.
Can you prepare the deck in both Arabic and English?
Yes. Many Ajman firms present to Arabic-speaking partners one day and overseas buyers the next. We build two matching decks, with the Arabic one laid out right to left. Arabic translation can be arranged if you only have English text.
We have never made a presentation before. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We have been designing business documents since 2012, and much of that work is for owners doing this for the first time. We guide you on what to send and suggest a slide order. The content and the claims remain yours.
Can we see decks you designed for similar companies?
Client decks contain private figures, so we do not show them without written permission from the client. We can show layouts and published samples that give a fair idea of the style. An NDA can be signed for your own deck.
Which software do I need to open the file?
Tell us what you use and we build in that format: PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote. If you are unsure, PowerPoint is the safe choice because most clients and banks can open it. The PDF copy opens on any phone or computer.
